| checkout other docs page. may be in the litmusctl folder. In all the doc pages you'll see "id and title" at the top. Same id will be used in the sidebar as well. |

Adds a comprehensive syntax and usage guide for litmusctl. This improves user onboarding and operational clarity by outlining command structures, flags, modes, and core workflows.
